Spider Web Handprint Craft

Spider Web Handprint Craft
Create this cute handprint spider

Fall is a fun time of the year. Cool weather, hot drinks and Halloween fast approaching. Create this fun fall craft using your child's handprints. I love using handprints to create crafts and so will you. You will love them even more when your child is bigger. It is fun to look back at how little they were and how much fun you had together creating this spider.

Directions:

  1. Create the spider handprint with paint.
  1. When making a handprint with paint, only paint 4 fingers, excluding the thumb. I like to use a sponge brush to paint the hand. Press your child's hand down making sure to spread their fingers out. Reapply paint to their hand if needed. Turn the paper and press their palm on top of the already created handprint. Press their fingers down to create the other side of the spider.
  1. Allow the paint to dry fully. Have your child cut out their spider handprint. You can help them or complete this step for them.
  2. Print out a copy of the spider web, you can choose any color your child would like.
Print web on any color paper you choose.
  1. Glue the spider onto the web. Add googly eyes or eyes with a marker.

  1. Another option is to trace your child's hand and cut out to create the spider.
