Puffy Paint Artic Fox

Puffy Paint Artic Fox
Puffy paint fox is quick and easy to make.

Have you ever made your own puffy paint? It is pretty easy to do with two simple ingredients, white glue and shaving cream. This artic fox is too cute and fun to make with a few supplies. It is easy enough to create with toddlers and preschoolers, but just as fun for anyone else to create.

First, fold a paper plate on both sides into the middle to create the fox's face. Use a glue stick to connect the two sides together.

Fold the paper plate to join in the middle.

Create two ears for the fox by cutting out two triangles on white paper. Glue the triangles at the round top part of the paper plate.

Add ears to make the fox's face.

Next, you need to make the puffy paint. Do this by combining equal parts of white glue and white shaving cream. I mixed it in a plastic container and stirred it with a popsicle stick.

Then, use the popsicle stick to pile the puffy paint onto the fox's face. Use the popsicle stick to spread the puffy paint where it is needed.

Using black construction paper, create 2 oval eyes and a circle nose. While the puffy paint is still wet, lightly press the eyes and nose onto the fix. These will dry in place as the puffy paint dries. Place the fox aside to allow it to dry completely. I left mine overnight.

Once dry, I used a white marker to add circles onto the eyes.
