Monster Handprint Craft
Halloween time is time for fun crafts. Create these easy handprint monsters with your little one this fall. These are easy to make and fun to customize any way your child wants. Give your child the freedom to select any color paint they would like to create their handprint monster.
Directions:
- Have your child use the paint color of their choice to create a handprint. Make each monster different by spacing finger closer together or further apart.
Create several handprints of different colors to form the monster's body.
- Allow some time for the paint to dry completely and then cut out the handprints with scissors. Encourage your child to try to cut out on their own, provide help if needed.
- Next, provide your child with different sized googly eyes. Allow them to add as little or as many eyes as they want. Glue them on with liquid Elmer's glue.
Glue the eyes to the monster. You can glue them on the palm or on the fingers for a different look.
- Lastly, use a marker to add more details to the monster.
