Groundhog's Day Craft

Supplies

• Brown, Black, and White Paper
• Black Marker 
• Groundhog Template ( Free download) 
• Glue
• Scissors

Groundhog Craft Instructions:

1. Use tracers in Groundhog template to cut out shapes for the groundhog’s body.  

-Brown: Body, ears and feet  

-Black: nose 

-White: Eyes and teeth

2. Trace the body on brown paper and cut out.

3. Trace the ears on brown paper and cut out.  Glue to the body.

4. Trace feet on brown paper and cut out.  Glue the feet at the bottom of the groundhog’s body. 

5. Trace and cut out the eyes in white. Use a black marker to draw pupils on the eyes. 

6. Trace the nose on black paper and cut out.  Glue in the middle of the groundhog’s face.

7. Last, cut out 2 teeth on white paper and glue at the bottom of the groundhog’s face.
