Gnome Mother's Day Craft
Want a cute and easy craft to make for Mother's Day? This gnome craft is a simple way to make a craft mom will love. Add it to paper and create it into a card.
To begin print out the gnome template or create your own. You can print the pieces of the template on colored cardstock, construction paper or scrapbook paper. Print out the templates on the paper of choice. You can also print out the templates and trace and cut out the templates.

Next, cut out the pieces of the gnome. The lines on the template are thick to allow for cutting mistakes.

Next, glue the nose to the center of the face. Then, glue the hair on the sides of the head of the gnome.
Next, add the hat to the top of the head. You can add details to the hat with markers or simply leave it as is. Use a marker to add a smile to the face of the gnome.
Now you can glue on the dress below the head. The hands can then be glued to the middle of the dress. Glue only the edge of the hands and leave the middle unglued so you can add something into the hands, if you choose.
Add the shoes at the bottom of the gnome.
You can use markers to add details to the ponytails. I added a bow by drawing two triangles. Draw the points to meet in the middle. You can then add a circle in the middle to finish the bows.
Finally add the gnome to a background. You can use a piece of paper or a circle. Use the provided writing "There's gnome one like you mom! or Happy Mother's Day. Add hearts, personalized writing or a special drawing.
